Netflix provide your data in a slightly different way depending on where you are in the world. Sownata should be able to deal with whatever they provide but if you're having problems just get in touch and we'll get you sorted in no time...

1. Import your data

Log in to Netflix and view the Account page.

Scroll down to the bottom and expand a Profile.

Tap on Viewing activity and scroll down to the bottom.

Tap on Download all and download the file.

Tap on the magnifying glass to view the file in Files. If you are planning to import data for multiple profiles you should append the profile name at the end of the file name (long press on the file to rename it).

Finally, tap of the file and (as long as you’ve already installed Sownata) it should automatically import your data.

You will need to repeat this process for each profile that you want to import data for. When your done open Sownata.

2. Tap on the View Events Tab. Check that you can see events for the things you’ve watched on Netflix lately.

3. Tap on the Dashboard Tab. See if you can answer the following questions by navigating around the data using the chart title..
